Delivery is only available for orders over $45.00 within the following areas:
Columbus, Bexley, New Albany, Newark, Gahanna, Westerville, Worthington, Dublin, Sunbury, Powell, Granville, Pataskala, Alexandria, and Upper Arlington zip codes.
Our delivery service runs on Wednesday and Sunday (9:00am - Noon; 1:00-5:00pm), each week leading up to Christmas Day.

Our intent is for the customer to be present to receive the delivery. If the customer is not at home during the selected delivery the tree will be left at the front door.

We will provide a fresh cut to the tree at time of delivery.
Rescheduling Policy:
Requests to reschedule delivery must take place before 5:00 PM the day prior to delivery by emailing seibeltrees@gmail.com.
Tree Satisfaction:
Delivering you the perfect tree to celebrate the Christmas season is important to us. If there is something wrong with your tree please contact us at seibeltrees@gmail.com within 48 hours of tree delivery.
All sales are final. However, if the tree you selected is too large or too small, please contact us at seibeltrees@gmail.com. We will arrange a day / time frame for a swap to replace the tree previously delivered for a tree that better fits your size needs. Please note that you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $30.00. Additionally, if you have upgraded to a larger size tree, you will also be charged for the difference in price between the original tree and the new, larger tree.
Please note:
It may take a minimum of 24 hours after delivery for the tree’s branches to settle if tied during transport.
When the trees go from being outside in the cold winter air to heated homes it is often a shock to their systems. If your tree does not begin drinking immediately, don’t panic. Often times, it takes 24-48 hours for them to adjust to their new environment before they begin to drink.
